First and foremost, we process personal data that you transmit to us or that we collect when operating our website. We may also receive personal data about you from third parties. These can be the following categories:

In addition, we also use personal data for other activities related to communication, contract processing, information and marketing, market research, product development, security and prevention measures, legal compliance, legal prosecution and for internal administrative and support tasks. In addition, for important information regarding changes or situations concerning our services, for which we may send you an e-mail. This information also enables psychological service providers to contact you at your request, confirm reservations and send appointment reminders.
To whom do we disclose personal data?
Our aim is to help you find a suitable psychological service provider and appropriate counseling services. We therefore give you the opportunity to voluntarily provide further information about your condition and your current situation. We only make this information available to psychological service providers so that they can get an idea of your situation and provide you with the best possible support.

Transfer abroad

How long do we store your data?
We only store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the individual purposes for which the data was collected.
Data that we store when you visit our website is retained for twelve months. An exception applies to analysis and tracking data, which can be stored for longer.
We store contract data for longer, as we are obliged to do so by law. In particular, we must retain business communications, concluded contracts and accounting documents for up to 10 years. If we no longer need such data from you to perform the services, the data will be blocked and we will only use it for accounting and tax purposes.
How do we protect your data?

What information do we receive and how do we use it?

Hoststar is a web hosting service provided by Multimedia Networks AG (“Hoststar”). We use Hoststar to store and provide various types of data, such as images, documents and other media files. Google Ads Conversion Tracking
We use the online advertising program “Google Ads” on our website and, in this context, conversion tracking (visit action evaluation). Google Ads Conversion Tracking is an analysis service of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”).
When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is set on your device. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you have clicked on the ad and have been redirected to this page.
The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics. This tells us the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified.
